Richa Goyal is an Assistant Professor specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, with a Ph.D. (degree pending) in Business Management and UGC NET–JRF qualification. Her research focuses on employee engagement, leadership styles, workplace well-being, resilience, and mindfulness. She has published extensively in ABDC-B and ABDC-C, Scopus, and Web of Science–indexed journals. With experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, she adopts a research-led and student-centric pedagogy, integrating principles of positive psychology and mindfulness to enhance learning outcomes. She is also actively engaged in academic mentoring, curriculum development, and scholarly reviewing for reputed international publishers. She is committed to ethical research, academic excellence, and nurturing future management professionals.
