Mr. Arsalan Ahmed Alyas
Assistant Professor
Arsalan Ahmed Alyas is an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering & Technology with a specialization in Cyber Security at K R Mangalam University, Gurugram. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in CSE (Cybersecurity) from Lovely Professional University, where his research focuses on advanced threat detection, IoT security, blockchain integration, and software-defined networking. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Information Security & Cyber Forensics, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
He brings a blend of academic and industry experience, having previously worked with SysTools as a Digital Forensics Evidence Examiner. His expertise includes malware analysis, network security, digital forensics, web application security, and secure system design.
He has contributed to research publications, faculty development programs, and academic initiatives in cybersecurity and digital forensics. Actively involved in mentoring students, organizing technical events such as hackathons and CTF competitions, and delivering expert sessions, Arsalan is committed to bridging the gap between strong theoretical foundations and real-world cybersecurity challenges.
