Dr. Naveen Kumar is currently serving as Professor in the School of Agricultural Sciences at K.R. Mangalam University. He completed his Ph.D. from the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana, with specialization in food safety and quality control. His research focuses on nanotechnology-based sensors for rapid detection of food adulterants and contaminants, public health nutrition, and unhealthy food marketing.

He has more than 11 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience and has successfully completed national and international research projects funded by DST, ICSSR, and IDRC, Canada. Dr. Naveen has published over 60 papers in reputed journals, edited/authored several books and book chapters, and filed 8 patents. He has guided PhD and postgraduate students and actively participates in conferences, workshops, and interdisciplinary research collaborations.
