Dr Neha Arora is an accomplished academician, researcher, and media professional with over a decade of experience spanning higher education, journalism, field reporting, print media, research, and content editing. She holds a PhD in Mass Communication from GD Goenka University and possesses a multidisciplinary academic background in Mass Communication, Journalism, Education, English, and teacher education. She has worked as a freelance print-media professional and as a District Correspondent with leading newspapers, including Amar Ujala, Punjab Kesari, and Jagmarg, gaining extensive practical experience in reporting, news gathering, interviewing, and content development. Her academic and research expertise encompasses Print Media, Digital and New Media, Media Research, Public Relations, Media Literacy, Digital Media Studies, and Artificial Intelligence in Media Content Creation. She has published 20+ research papers and book chapters and has authored two books on Journalism and Mass Communication. She is passionate about experiential learning, student mentoring, curriculum development, critical thinking, and integrating emerging technologies into media education.
