SOMC Induction Program

The School of Management and Commerce had the privilege of hosting four distinguished corporate leaders during the Deeksharambh 2024 Student Induction Programme. The sessions provided students with valuable insights into diverse areas of the corporate world, including digital transformation, strategy and growth, transport and logistics, sustainability, and inclusive leadership.

Mr. Anand Sengupta, Global ERP Delivery Leader, shared his extensive experience in digital technology and SAP ERP implementations, highlighting the evolving role of technology in modern business. Ms. Somya Shahi, Research & Advisory Lead at Accenture, discussed her expertise in strategy and growth, particularly across the technology, EdTech, and FinTech sectors, while emphasising the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Ms. Sanya Shahi, Senior Manager at Smart Freight Centre, offered valuable perspectives on transport and logistics, with a focus on multimodal logistics and operational efficiency. Mr. Ronit Kumar, Strategy and Growth Professional, shared his experience in the AgriTech and FinTech sectors, highlighting the significance of sustainability and inclusive leadership.

Collectively, the sessions exposed students to a broad range of industry perspectives and real-world experiences, helping them gain a deeper understanding of emerging business trends and professional opportunities.
