Ice-breaking Activity: “Laughs & Learning Fiesta

The School of Medical & Allied Sciences (SMAS) organised an engaging ice-breaking activity titled “Laughs & Learning Fiesta: Creative Ice Breakers for Freshers” to help new students connect with their peers in a fun and welcoming environment. The event aimed to ease initial anxieties, encourage interaction, and foster a sense of belonging among the freshers.

The programme began with an introduction to a series of interactive activities, including Name Action, the Newspaper Tower Challenge, and the Stack & Run Challenge. Designed to encourage teamwork, strengthen communication skills, and promote creativity, these activities provided students with an enjoyable way to interact and build new connections. The event received an enthusiastic response, with participants actively engaging in each activity while developing a deeper appreciation for teamwork, communication, and collaboration. Overall, the “Laughs & Learning Fiesta” successfully created a positive and inclusive environment, helping freshers feel more comfortable and connected as they began their academic journey.
