Extension Activity on Rice Crop Residue Management

The School of Agricultural Sciences, KRMU, in collaboration with the AAE (Assistant Agricultural Engineer), Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, conducted an extension activity entitled “Rice Crop Residue Management” at Tigaon, Faridabad. The block-level event aimed to educate farmers from the village and students about the in situ and ex situ management of rice crop residue. The session provided valuable insights and guidance on the various problems caused by stubble burning and effective ways to manage crop residues in the field.
