Industrial Visit to Trident Gurgaon

The School of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (SOHMCT) organised an industrial visit to Trident Gurgaon, with Ms. Debjani Banerjee, Manager – Learning and Development, serving as the resource person. The visit provided students with valuable industry exposure and an opportunity to gain first-hand insights into the functioning of various hotel departments. Students toured the different departments, observed their day-to-day operations, and developed a better understanding of the services provided to hotel guests.

The visit also familiarised students with emerging industry trends and the software systems used across different hotel departments. Overall, the visit was an enriching learning experience that enhanced students’ understanding of hotel operations and provided them with practical insights into the hospitality industry.
