Session on Film Studies

The School of Journalism and Mass Communication organised a special session on “Film Studies”. The guest expert for the session was Mr. Vijay S. Jodha, an eminent writer, photographer, and filmmaker. Mr. Jodha passionately encouraged media students to consider pursuing a career in filmmaking, emphasising the importance of keen observation. He urged students to seek internship opportunities with established filmmakers as valuable learning experiences. He also highlighted that success in the film industry requires dedication, practice, and time. The insightful session served as a valuable source of inspiration, especially for students who aspire to become filmmakers.
