Highlights included an energetic game of tug of war and challenging ball-balancing exercises, which encouraged collaboration and tested participants’ coordination and endurance. Indoor activities such as carrom and table tennis added variety to the session, providing students with opportunities to enjoy friendly competition and build camaraderie.
The session received an enthusiastic response from students, creating an atmosphere of energy, laughter, and positive interaction. Beyond promoting physical activity, the event provided students with an opportunity to unwind, strengthen social connections, and support their overall well-being.
