Valentine’s Theme Lunch
The School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology organised a Valentine’s Theme Lunch. The event showcased students’ practical learning through the preparation and service of a curated menu featuring starters, main course, and a Valentine’s mocktail. The activity provided hands-on exposure to students in Kitchen, Food & Beverage Service, and Housekeeping operations. We appreciate the dedicated efforts of BHMCT students whose teamwork contributed to the success of the event.
