I am a psychology professional with a first-class Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, UP, and PhD in Psychology from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, UP. My doctoral research focused on “Internet Addiction, Job Satisfaction, and Psychological Well-Being Among IT Professionals”, I designed and executed a large-scale, pan-India study involving IT professionals across multiple cities. I believe in a learner-centered teaching philosophy that integrates theory with real-life applications, critical thinking, and emotional well-being. I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness, evidence-based psychological practices, and interdisciplinary learning. My career journey reflects a blend of academic rigor, counseling expertise, and a commitment to student development and psychological research.
