Assistant Professor
Dr. Sombir Singh is an Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Legal Studies, K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram. His academic and research work focuses on Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Sustainable Development. With a background that integrates legal scholarship and courtroom litigation experience, he brings a practice-oriented perspective to legal education. His research engages with contemporary debates on environmental governance, ecological justice, sustainability, and constitutional interpretation in the Global South. Dr. Singh has contributed extensively to legal scholarship through research publications, book chapters with reputed international publishers, and academic conference presentations. His recent work examines intersections between environmental sustainability, climate governance, human rights, and development policy. At K.R.
