Being as student at K.R. Mangalam University, I’m thrilled to share my insights into the university’s. My name is Ayush Singh, B.A. Honours Psychology students and in this article, I’m sharing my personal experience of being a part of psychology department and the Chetna society. 

About Programme 

The psychology department at KRMU is a treasure trove of knowledge, offering a B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology. The curriculum is student-friendly and dives deep into the human psyche. The curriculum is a perfect amalgamation of theory and practical application, preparing us to excel in various psychological fields, from counselling to research. 

Being Part of the Chetna Society 

Chetna Society is a cornerstone of our campus community that enhances student academic pursuits, fostering a sense of inner growth. Within the Chetana society, we find a nurturing space we find a nurturing space for self-reflection and mediation. With regular gatherings, discussions, and contemplative practices, the Chetna society has become a major part of the academic journey at the KRMU.   

Projects and Placements  

Being a part of KRMU’s psychology department, I’ve gained an enriching experience that lays a solid foundation and gives me the confidence to make a meaningful impact in the field. Meanwhile, in the psychology department, students benefit from a robust placement program. These placement programmes equipped students with industry-relevant skills and built strong industry connections.   

During the programme, we’ve got opportunities to work on live projects that help me get invaluable practical learning experiences. It’s also allowed us to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios, thereby fostering innovation and problem-solving skills essential for our future careers.  

Final Words 

Student at K.R. Mangalam University is an enriching experience that helps me to gain solid knowledge about the psychology programme. With practical application and real-world experience that gives me hands-on experience for my career.
